Redis is committed to providing support for our enterprise services. We are pleased to provide advice and assistance regarding any upgrades or changes to your infrastructure to keep your cluster running smoothly and efficiently. Redis encourages Customers to contact us about any issues they may have—and more importantly, about any changes they intend to make to their environment and our team will provide support for our enterprise services as captured in the policies below, as applicable:

Redis Cloud Support Policy which applies to Redis Cloud Services and forms a part of the Redis Cloud Agreement or any other agreement between Customer and Redis governing the use of the Cloud Services.   

Redis Enterprise Software Support Policy which applies to Redis Enterprise Software Services and forms a part of the Redis Enterprise Software Agreement or any other agreement between Customer and Redis governing the use of the Software Services.
