Strategic Alliances Manager, EMEA East – Based India

We are looking for a full-time Senior Strategic Alliances Manager to join our Strategic Alliances & Partner team. This is a diverse and high-performing team with a strong focus on collaboration. Every member of this team is both an active learner and a mentor to other team members. This position will focus on expansion and management of all aspects of our strategic alliance efforts in Redis Labs’ EMEA East region. There is an emphasis on expanding engagement with our cloud partnerships with Microsoft, Google, and AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
  • Effectively position and promote Redis Labs’ value proposition to key partners across internal and external functions
  • Manage a co-sell pipeline through the coordination of partners and Redis Labs’ field sales teams
  • Assist in development and ongoing management of global partner alignment strategy and regional execution
  • Coordinate account engagement between Cloud Partner and Redis Labs account teams
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, service, and management teams as needed to make the partnership successful

Requirements

  • Strong Alliance management experience working with AWS, Microsoft, and Google 
  • Experience working with GSIs, boutique SIs, VARs, and resellers
  • A proven track record of both managing and growing strategic revenue-producing cloud partnerships by leveraging their co-sell partner programs
  • 5+ years of relevant experience—this could include direct account management, channel sales, and/or strategic alliance management in a B2B software environment 
  • Ability to create, execute, and refine strategic partner account plans

Advantages

  • Cloud certifications: Azure AZ-900, AWS Practitioner, Google Cloud Associate 
  • Presentation skills, both remote and in-person
  • Aptitude for thoughtful communication, both written and verbal
