The Redis Labs marketing team is looking for a Partner Marketing Campaign Manager to play an instrumental role in accelerating and driving pipeline growth. In this global role, you will build and execute joint partner-focused campaigns and programs to generate demand and help accelerate our partner businesses.
At Redis Labs, partners play a significant role in go-to-market motions. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you will work collaboratively with the wider Redis Labs marketing organization to help develop and execute partner engagements aligned with corporate campaigns and messages, and to ensure success in joint marketing engagements with our public cloud partners. Using your project management and digital marketing experience, you will provide key insights into developing successful campaigns and ensure they are delivered according to plan.
A successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively across our digital, demand generation, partner, and field marketing teams to align and integrate partner needs and strategies into corporate campaigns and lead generation plans. You will need to be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to proactively manage and influence virtual team members. You will have to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment, helping to grow the Redis Labs business through one of our most important routes to market.
