Partner Marketing Campaign Manager – Remote

The Redis Labs marketing team is looking for a Partner Marketing Campaign Manager to play an instrumental role in accelerating and driving pipeline growth. In this global role, you will build and execute joint partner-focused campaigns and programs to generate demand and help accelerate our partner businesses.

At Redis Labs, partners play a significant role in go-to-market motions. Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, you will work collaboratively with the wider Redis Labs marketing organization to help develop and execute partner engagements aligned with corporate campaigns and messages, and to ensure success in joint marketing engagements with our public cloud partners. Using your project management and digital marketing experience, you will provide key insights into developing successful campaigns and ensure they are delivered according to plan.

A successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively across our digital, demand generation, partner, and field marketing teams to align and integrate partner needs and strategies into corporate campaigns and lead generation plans. You will need to be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to proactively manage and influence virtual team members. Responsibilities

  • Own the activation of joint partner campaigns using your project management and digital marketing experience.
  • Understand the user and customer journeys and align key messages to target audiences within those journeys.
  • Use data to drive decision making and build internal and partner alignment for campaign targeting.
  • Create and maintain project and program specifications for requirements, workstreams, and schedules.
  • Manage marketing campaign requests and communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Provide weekly status reports and updates on all active joint campaigns and requests.
  • Ensure partners and marketing teams are clear on scope, processes, and future steps.
  • Provide quality assurance assistance on final creative deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to improve future engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years of related experience in campaign management/demand generation, and/or program management and execution focused on joint GTM with partners.
  • Partner (AWS, Azure, Google) and multi-channel ecosystem experience with an enterprise software, infrastructure, or platform-as-a-service technology brand.
  • Understanding of campaign management and creative marketing deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and actively seek candid feedback from relevant stakeholders.

  • Campaign creation and execution experience across multiple channels and geographies.
  • Familiarity with Cloud products and concepts.
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers both technical and non-technical; excellent written and verbal communications; proven document and report writing skills; well-developed time management and planning skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Metadata, or similar tools preferred.
