Customer Onboarding Manager

Redis Labs is looking for a full-time Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team in the Bay Area

As a Customer onboarding manager you will be helping users transition smoothly from the proof-of-concept stage into full-fledged paying customers with successful production deployments. You will provide architectural advice and best practices guidance tailored for each client’s unique use case.

Responsibilities

You are great at:

  • Solving technical problems and understanding customer needs
  •  Helping customers and are willing to “go the extra mile” to make customers successful
  • Working with Operating systems such as Linux
  • Comfortably working within tight schedules and ever-changing priorities
  •  Maintaining a proactive, problem solving attitude
  • Presenting complex technical solutions in a clear and convincing way
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Finding enjoyment in learning new things

Requirements

Extra great:

  • 5+ years experience in project management preferred; prior role as a sales or solution engineer, technical support or technical project manager
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in software and/or a technologically relevant field
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (especially Redis)
  • Experience with Linux
  • Programming skills
  • Experience working in both cloud-based and on-premise service and technology environments
  • Good sales skills
