Redis Labs is shaping the future of NoSQL, Redis and the Database market. We are looking for a strong analyst to help drive the Customer Success group’s core objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess a heightened curiosity and a desire to leverage data to increase our business performance and profitability.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported.
- See beyond the numbers to help inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions.
- Conduct customer analysis: churn, segmentation, trends, customer value and more.
- Understand customer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or similar disciplines with excellence from a leading university; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably for a SaaS or B2C company
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver results of analyses clearly and effectively
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization (Excel/Tableau/similar)
- Expertise in SQL and R; knowledge of other scripting languages is an advantage
- Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, multi-task under pressure and think critically
- High-level English speaker
- Must be able to work from office 5 days a week
